Another point to this discussion is "keeping score". The materialistic world finds it easy to keep score of how well you are doing. Cars, clothes, houses, who you know, and neighborhoods all have a "rating" from high to low. By comparing what you have to others, you can have a pretty concise 'score sheet' for how you are doing. A measure of your spiritual growth or value does not have a meteric to evaluate. Thus some individuals think that if they go thru the motions of the faithful, they will be "faithful". Little do they realize that being Blessed by Gods Grace, they are of the Select, and can only grow by sharing that Grace with those around them. I don't have to keep score, I have already "won", and should move thru this world, with action.
